ACCESS

The Gardens are open to all tenants.

There are three doors to the two gardens, one to the East, two to the West. Only the Basement door near reception is locked (as this is a double glazed door with a different lock) the two other doors are always accessible using the residents Abloy (half moon shaped key), should residents not have this they could enter or exit using the rear gate to Logan Place (code available on request).

RULES AND CONDUCT

The gardens are for quiet enjoyment

• access from 8am until dark
• please keep away from people’s windows especially if smoking.
• please leave the gardens as you find them, including removal of all items, especially rubbish.
• no playing with garden hoses or taps
• no dogs or ball games
• no bbq’s
