Our Setup

Following the freehold enfranchisement in Dec 2006, the freehold interest was transferred to Chatsworth Court Freehold Company Limited (by Guarantee without share capital).

Flat owners who have a 999yr Lease can (and should) apply and become Members of the Company (hence the Share of Freehold).

Chatsworth Court Freehold Company Limited also assumed the obligations of the Maintenance Trustee and has appointed the Managing Agents C.A. Daw and Son as Trustees (who therefore are entitled to make decisions at board meetings) and Managing Agents to manage the property on its behalf.


The House Manager

If you are a Resident with any questions about the day-to-day running of the common parts of the building, please email the House Manager.

Please note that if you plan to carry out any building work (especially involving plumbing), you must register your contractors and declare the nature of the works to be carried out to the House Manager ahead of time – this can be done verbally. Being a 1930’s building, you and your contractors will benefit from knowing its limitations beforehand as this will allow you to plan accordingly.

The House Manager is also available on the premise, office is located in the main lobby area, Mon-Fri 9-13 and 14-16.30 hrs.
